What is the point of the scene in Batman Begins where defective masks break?
Usually in the movies when they take a scene to draw a minor detail, it becomes important at the end of the film. Alfred in Batman Begins are breaking the mask of Batman, to prove they are fragile because a problem with graphite, but this seems not to come again. Any idea what the scene is for?
Meh would just say it was a scene of humor in the assembly of the whole process of making costumes. Before he spoke about how he had to be ordered in bulk to alleviate suspicion, this time Bruce jokes that are about to get a discount.
